Diet Kulfi

One of the most popular summertime desserts is kulfi, but imagine how much fun it would be to create it in a healthy way.







Ingredients

. 1-liter milk
. 16 drops stevia
. 4 tbsp crushed almonds
. 1/2 tsp green crushed cardamom
. 1 brown bread cut into pieces
. 3/4 cup khoya
.  1 tsp black tea

Method

Take milk in a stainless steel pan and lower the flame when it comes to boil. Now add almonds and cardamom powder and stevia drops and cook while mixing. Now add bread and cook for 5 to 8 minutes while mixing and in last add khoya keep mixing until the texture changes. Switch off the gas and pour the tea drops for better colour and let the mixture cool down. Pour the mixture into the moulds once it has cooled, then place them in the refrigerator to set for eight or overnight.
